WWDC 2011 Live: No iPhone 5 Announcement

Today Apple held the Worldwide Developers conference (WWDC). During WWDC 2011, no iPhone 5 hardware was announced. Usually Apple announces new hardware each year, but this year none was announced.

Steve Jobs started the Worldwide Developers conference by announcing the iOS statistics. After Steve Jobs, Phil Schiller took the stage and announced details on the Mac OS X Lion operating system.

Scott Forstall announced details on the iOS 5 software update which will be released in fall. Once Scott was done, Steve Jobs went back on stage and announced details on iCloud. The WWDC is still ongoing, so stay tuned. We’ll let you know if Steve Jobs does end up announcing the rumored iPhone 5 that many sites have speculated on.

Lowell ... you are awesome ... thanks for going above and beyond to get my cracked iphone screen replaced! 20 minutes fix-it meeting in the ferry terminal and I was headed home with a new screen. I am totally happy. Thank you so much.
